New Artwork "Sea Mage Tower"
Added 2023-06-03 19:26:31 +0000 UTCHi everyone! Next up, we have a tower of a few Sea Mages. Some of them actually prefer to live on ships, but these ones chose the comfort of having a nearby village.
The lineart style is definitely catching on again, the colors are still way too much fun though. There are a lot of artists who strictly work in black and white, but I just love the colorwork way too much to leave it colorless.
The challenge is mainly with how clean/quirky and how thick or thin the linework should be. There is probably no value in searching for the "one size fits all" solution though - it probably depends on the goal of the illustration.
I hope you enjoy it and can hear the sea as much as I do when closing my eyes.
