Chinese X99 Workstation... Does it work?

Yep, I'm up to my old tricks again... this time with a Chinese X99 motherboard and Xeon E5-2680v3. Is it any good at workstation tasks or gaming? Let's find out!

But first... What am I drinking???

Beer #1 is EL JEFE (J. Wakefield Brewing, 5.0%), a German-style Hefeweizen with coconut added. AMAZINGLY good German beer, but the coconut is completely absent... although that gets a pass, as it's one of the harder flavors to maintain in a beer. Absolutely delicious, get one.

Beer #2 is the How Can I Help Juicy Double IPA (Stickmen Brewing Co, 8.5%). This one is just weird, and I can't decide if I like it or not. It's like Orange Julius made an IPA and skimped on the hops. It's sickly sweet and almost tastes like honey, only to later be overtaken by a very interesting hop mix. 50/50... try it and tell me what you taste.
