This is Yuke. A Male T-Stalker.
He has always dreamed of one day being able to become human, having been interested in them for a long time.
In his day to day life, he is a typical Talyxian Stalker individual which has taken a strong interest in human culture, behavior, society and their ecology. Even going as far as admiring their form.
In this art piece, he is wearing clothes. These clothes were not an acquisition made by himself, rather a neighbor, an Agudner girl, gave him the clothes because she thought him too bare, thinking : "Poor naked cat..". It is unknown whether or not there is a causal relationship between this event and the way that Yuke has become interested in humans, but he has cherished those clothes ever since.
In the art piece posted, Yuke's "Perfect human form" was finally obtained. He was filled with happiness beyond words. However, the shape of his body had suddenly begun to collapse, his newfound form was returning back to the original, ugly, Talyxian one. Not the beautiful one he had hoped for.
As he awakened from that dream... Yuke realized he could never be human.

In the context of Vilous, the word "Human" refers to Eltus races including Sergals, Agudners and Nevreans. Similar to how they refer to T-Stalker as "Tal's Cat", they are referred to as "Tal's human". Once they held a form that was almost similar to that of Earth's humans, but that shape was lost, in a very ancient time. If you want to learn more, head to the article Eltus in Wiki.
In the art piece posted, Yuke seems to have taken the form of a human body from the original Eltus race. This strange coincidence might just be a byproduct of the dream.
