Bug fix for Oasis and Pandemic

I hope you are all doing good :)
Recently i got report about a bug that made oasis and pandemic cause crash on startup, I reported this to one of my friend in the Pavlov dev team and apparently it might come from the servers that messed up, (if that bug happens to you, try to switch to EU/NA/asia servers to see if it works.
I also did some clean up to see if it can help and apparently the bug is fixed now (at least on Oasis), please let me know if you are having a similar bug, i'll try to fix it as soon as possible! :D
