Unless things have changed, Gasaiv gives everyone tickets according to how much they donate (up to a max currently of 7), and then he offers the winner a sketch. Basically, it's a raffle. The winners get a free sketch of one character of their choice. They can then pay to upgrade. Though, if you win, don't be a idiot like I did in 2015 and wait to get more cash together. Just use your prize if you win. I'd suggest thinking about what you want for a sketch in the future. :)
