I’ll watch all of the pilots and then continue with a few of the shows depending on what interests me most, but I’ll eventually watch each series if the pilot is decent😁

Only 3 seasons of 6 episodes each, so not a huge commitment. Great performances and themes, with interesting characters and a fascinating mystery gradually revealed over the 3 seasons. I do hope you’ll watch it some day.

While it’s aimed at kids, The Sarah Jane Adventures is a wonderful show with great writing and performances, as well as thoughtful handling of some serious issues while still being silly at times. The perfect palette cleanser following Torchwood, as I said to another reactor.

2021-02-06 02:11:53 +0000 UTCFleabag is a no brainer. Only 12 episodes and amazing. The second season in particular is one of the best pieces of television I've ever seen. (and that's not an exaggeration, seriously a lifetime top 5 in quality) It left me with the feeling of just having watched an amazing piece of live theatre more than just a tv show, it is truly special. And on the subject of short run shows, you haven't done Good Omens? If you haven't already watched it on your own that one seems incredibly up your alley.
