Added 2022-04-13 00:55:17 +0000 UTCI had the windows open today, and heard birds happily chirping outside. So instead of sitting indoors as I usually do most days, I ventured outdoors for a little bit. Took two trips to drag all my gear out, but it was worth it. The fresh air was lovely. ๐ฑ
When the crickets start coming out at night. I'll keep my ears out so we can fall asleep to them...

The nature sounds remind me of when I used to get up really early just to listen to the mourning doves. Hearing your voice makes the sounds so much more enjoyable and relaxing too. As for my New Years resolution I think Iโm on track for the most part. Iโve been doing exercises, eating right, and improving my mental health via journaling, reading psychology, self help, etc. Progress has been a little slow, but Iโve noticed Iโm less avoidant than I used to be, so Iโm thankful for that. Still room for improvement though. ^~^ Other than that, sorry Iโm late. I always enjoy listening to your outdoor audios, theyโre perfect for quick naps. And thank you for your positivity Skitty, you definitely helped me improve and I really appreciate it! Hope you are doing well ^_^
