Omniwheels are here for the centre foot.
Added 2017-04-14 13:06:16 +0000 UTCOK, printed, altered, tested, reprinted and I'm happy to share with the lovely early birds Patreons (will share openly in the next couple of weeks). These are two frame parts, a wheel and an end piece. They stack at an offset, so you can make as long a wheel as you want. I've printed the frame in ABS and the Wheels in Taulman Nylon Bridge (wow is that a strong and hard wearing material!). 3mm rods are needed for the wheels, (33mm long), 20mm M4 bolts and nut x5 for the frame and a 6mm bearing for the centre). We need the hardware as these support the front foot. I'm just designing the front foot with a frame to hold these. So fully printed front foot, mechanism and skins coming soon. Then it's the drive system....
