Oh and I’ve been making a playlist for these two recently! It’s very poppy but kind of fun for driving around in the good weather! This particular comic’s song is “Crashing” on that list!

It’s not like the Mansa from the last comic and Mansa from this comic are that differently rendered and yet it’s so clear this Mansa is 10 years younger! The differences are so subtle but also the effect is so obvious?? Like it’s clearly two different points in time?? How????? Witchcraft!!!!

I think Simon Pegg in Star Trek, definitely a little squeaky, but everything else about it is kind of Adam Lambert 😂 He’s also got two sets of vocal chords (all devils do) so it has a wide range!

I still adore your GO art (it's why I'm here!) but apparently I have reached a point where I am even more excited to see one panel of Mansong than I am to see three with Aziraphale and Crowley! You've just done such an amazing job creating these characters and getting us invested. 💜 My question is: I am a big voice person, so I've been wondering for a while now what their voices would sound like (especially Mansa)? Either just a description, or maybe there are actors that you think sound similar to how you would imagine them?

2021-03-26 11:28:29 +0000 UTC1) Mansa calls Song “my own”, like how I slipped that into TSG? 👀 It’s honestly my favorite endearment! 2 Song plays music or sings while Mansa does paperwork on happy evenings together. (Song’s balloon tails are all curly because he’s got two sets of vocal cords! Because of this the most common profession for infernals is in performance art! Harmony is an opera singer.) 3) Song: Vanilla scent, night, any kind of sweet, dark reds and purples, favorite weather: unbearably hot Mansa: Citrus, evening, savory pies, blues, spring 4) Absolute love at first sight from across a crowded pub, but then Song tried to hit on Mansa, who was drunk and in a public place with his human buddies, and it quickly turned into a fight 😬 5) Mansa’s parents were too young to really care for him so he was raised by his grandparents, lots of love in that household. Song’s parents doted on him and his sister, but perhaps pumped his ego up too much - lead to a LOT of “I’m invincible!” moments that left him pretty much out of contact with them in the end, he still has a good relationship with his sister. 6) First times would be good memories for them, especially since Mansa had never been physically intimate with anyone, or fallen in love before. 7) sure! I can do that!

Favorite smells, favorite time of day, favorite food/drink, favorite color, favorite weather, etc? 4) What were their first impressions of each other? 5) What were their childhood/teen/etc lives like, before they met? 6) What’s their favorite memory of each other? (Alternatively, do you have a favorite “memory” you’ve created for them, not necessarily a plot-heavy moment but just some of the silly situations we let ourselves think about with characters we love) 7) Less of a question and more of a hopeful request- could we get a lock screen-esque piece of them? I highkey want to set them as my phone background 🥺 I could probably come up with a bunch more but I won’t overwhelm you 😂😂 Thank you for sharing these precious characters with us ❤️
