It doesn’t tarnish his opinion or views of infernals at all, just his opinion of Song

Like infernals not coming back if they run away. Is that something Mansa believes? Or does he hope that Song comes back one day?

2022-06-02 11:06:12 +0000 UTCI think it helps a lot. We know Thomas was a bit blunt in saying that but he's right. They don't need money to get married. They are already committed and they both know it. But in the real world, sometimes that annoying piece of paper IS necessary. It might not be what they planned, but getting married now can help them avoid troubles in the future (aka, more suitors, Mansa getting the stink eye, Song getting harrassed....) Mansa tried his best to make their lives easier, playing the hand he was dealt.
