so leave it to me to underestimate how much effort something will take :D
I've been only doing this for a decade now (shit has it been that long?).
Anyways, I have the lipsync and the basic blocking for the intro scene, I am kinda giving up on mocap at this point, but I did record some reference.
I am not sure why I am not using reference more, it makes everything so much easier and it took me less than 30 minutes to record it. I guess it's kinda awkward acting out the scenes, but it's so worth it.
