If you are using the InnFormation Mods only, the order doesn't matter. If you are using other Mods like FIFER, consider the clashes. With FIFER Mods, I advise you prioritize them since they make more changes that will de-stabilize the game if you use them with the InnFormation Career Mode Mod.
