You know... after some heavy consideration, it occurs to me that Kierr might be either Asexual, Aromantic, or Demisexual. He's not progressing into the relationship as fast as Raun feels he should be, and pressuring him to reciprocate at a pace that's not his own makes him reject the thought of being in a relationship because he can't force the feelings. They might spark in a moment of excitement (the kiss) but that's just a one-time thing. It takes a VERY long time for a demisexual person to feel comfortable in the relationship enough to be intimate or to want privacy. That would be amazing if any one of these three were true for him. And it could be that this is Kierrs way of discovering himself. He doesn't know what's wrong with him. Everyone and everything around him is telling him there's a set timeline for the progression of a relationship, and for one reason or another he's just not where he should be, and it's upsetting to everyone, not just Raun. Not knowing why you don't feel the way you think you should is terrifying. You start to wonder if there's something wrong with you. Especially with the sex-positive narrative that pervades this culture, and our own in real life. People who are ace/aro/ or any of the more exclusive minority identities are constantly faced with people questioning them, gaslighting them about how they feel, telling them that they've not met the right person, that their identity is anti-lgbt, etc. I am very interested to see where this goes and I hope that Kierr grows from this. He's a young adult, and being away from his family means he might finally be exploring himself and going on this journey of self-discovery. What he emerges as will be beautiful, no matter what. :3

Not acceptable, of course, but understandable. He honestly just wants to go home, and he can't do that. He's making the best of what he's got, and wanting the space to sort out his own head and emotions. It's hard to do that when you start feeling that everyone else is out to take up your time, however kind they are and however much you actually like them. I hope he gets some form of peace soon, perhaps being sent to Ronja!

Telling her she's part of his family and that they would be her family too, then not even telling her he's gonna search for them and snapping at her when she is happy to see him, the person who brought her here, needing space. Same with Raun, he was perfectly fine with just being friends. It was KEIRR who started making out with him in a very passionate way, knowing Raun has feelings for him. Now being all pissed because Raun touched him (just touching, it's not as if he dragged him to the bed, it was a soft and gentle gesture and he backed off as soon as Keirr made clear he didnt want that), Idk...Raun, Felidae und Aira did so much for him, they were so awesome friends one could only envy him for but him...not so much. I do hope he'll come around and not drag poor Raun with him. If he isn't the type for this, that is perfectly fine and should be respected by all, but then he should use his space to think about it and set Raun free.

Keirr is being toxic by throwing assumptions about Raun's behavior (saying he is a starved vulture) and not being clear about their relationship (withholding information). Keirr is too passive-aggressive.

He needs a bit of closure and reassurance. He'd probably feel a lot at ease with Raun, if his mind wasn't so consumed with worries about his family. Not just because of Raun, but because of family he might want to stay in that tent.

No, Keirr shouldn't have snapped, but he's confused about his feelings and he needs time to sort them out. Time that might end up being short if their creators do return and they decide to take them back to Earth, his relationship with Raun could end up being short-lived.

Also, why did Jarl go alone to the MT tribe if he knew their past violent history? Why he didn't take someone with him? Seems like a poor decision on Jarl's end.

Wish Keirr would actually communicate, but being totally inexperienced in relationships, I can see why he would be confused and reserved about his stance on it. He can't possibly know how to express his feelings right off the bat, he needs time and experience. I can understand why Raun makes him feel pressured. I feel for Raun too. It sucks to experience unrequited feelings for someone who keeps stringing you along, whether they realize they're stringing you or not. Keirr would do Raun better by just simply saying he doesn't want to escalate things and he wants to stay friends. "I do like you" gives him hope. That kiss for damn sure gave him hope. It's really confusing when someone displays affections for you one day, then treats you like you're just any other person the next. Raun's heart must be breaking. I hope Raun is able to find the understanding and patience to give Keirr the time and space he needs.

But Raun always seems to ask mid advance XD or at least with some form of physical contact involved which added up would feel hella stressful for Keirr....

Keirr maybe thought he had feelings for him but now it seems like he's learning to sort out if those feelings were romantic or not. Maybe they are but he also doesn't like Rauns closeness, which of course won't work for either of them.

He may be scared Raun only wants him for his support (like aira did back when she kissed him) but i think this likely is hinting at Keirr not wanting any sex as of right now/being asexual and likely confused by his own emotions. The sentence "i know what you want" reminds me of the toxic saying "men only ever want one thing" reffering to intercourse. As an ace myself i 100% understand how hard it can be if sex is so normalised and such a huge importance is put on it in relationships. It can make you feel "abnormal" and make you scared of being judged. The pressure can be really scary. I hope he figures it out and soon will know there is NOTHING wrong with his sexuality, whatever said sexuality ends up being.

Raun was not taking the hint by then putting his paw up his face like that, and I completely understand why that is pressuring. Keirr should'nt have snapped but it does really suck when someone is hovering over you all the time and it feels like they're desperate for your attention. Keirr really isn't the clingy type at all.
