Skyscraper Chiheisen update + tentative release schedule
Added 2024-06-08 14:15:28 +0000 UTCHere we have the security floor and maintenance floor with stairs going up to the roof which will be worked on after getting the exterior walls done for the lobby and the second office floor. You will notice the security floor also has stairs going up because initially I thought this floor would be the second top most floor but then I realized we needed a maintenance floor to house the power generator as well as the elevator machine for each elevator.
The security floor also has a version of the separator with thin space between so you can put in your own decorations using thin transparent sheet or something similar.
Do let me know if there are other floors we can explore and include for this project! Either I will include them as part of Patreon/MMF release or stretch goals when I eventually launch this on Kickstarter probably next year. So far the only floor I can think of is some kind of storage / basement (underground) floor.

2024-06-08 19:47:44 +0000 UTCYou could think about having a restaurant, or residential floors so we have the option of a residential or mixed use skyscraper. If it is in a geologically active area the building would need some protection eg. a floor with a huge pendulum weight, either passive or with active suspension dampers. How about a window washing cradle on the roof, and/or mobile phone transceivers and satellite dishes - several on a pole pointing at different satellite constellations. I know your minis are largely non-military but maybe an option for a laser or short-range anti-aircraft missiles for defending the building. How about some cctv cameras at ground level, or some larger cctv telescopes if the storyline is set in a police state?
