Japanese residential building #2 progress plus IMPORTANT update

Happy weekend everyone!

Just wanted to share the progress of the residential building #2 from the Shin Edo set, this one has two floors but the difference is players enter from the second floor through the steps and walk down to the first/basement floor. Hope you guys like this style!

Almost forgot to share the monowheel - Murasaki which will be released next month! It is my first time designing monowheel!

So here comes the IMPORTANT update, for those on my discord you will know I have been thinking of increasing the amount of early bird on Patreon from 60 to 100 to see if we can attract more people to join. While most of you are already part of the early bird, some of you are on the Private 2nd Class tier and also some paid for a year at the Private 2nd Class tier. To make it fair I will be offering a discount coupon that will work for the rest of the year. I will be making the change on April 1st (no it is not a joke) so those who just joined will hopefully not feel ripped off right away.

I will do something similar over at MMF and will create a new early bird tier and allow time for existing supporters to move over. Same discount code will also be given to those who subscribed annually. Fortunately there are only a handful of these supports on both Patreon and MMF.

I am hoping this will bring in more people to join the family. Wish me luck and as always feel free to comment and make suggestions!

[updated @ 2025-03-10] There were a number of issues pointed out by our fellow supporters.

Release 202410:

• maintenance_Top.stl was missing an opening for the room piece (where the nub is)

• rt_floorStairsA/B/C had pieces sticking out to the bottom making them "not flat" at the bottom

• door for the maintenance room on the roof was too thin, fixed by thickening the door plus the slot of the room to match the change

Release 202503:

• the Sasori rear didn't have an openlock clip hole and the wing had a gap in between sections

Release 202408:

• atrium & senior floor - missing as_halfWallC/D in front top just above as_halfWallA/B
