I tried to use the patreon app to post these before I went to sleep but, of course, it didn't work, so I had to wait till I had time to do it on my Surface.

Nothing I've tried to draw as a bonus has gone well. I'm not sure what the problem is. Maybe it's just all the constant stress & drama getting to me, but I'm having a very difficult time drawing anything not going directly into the comic. When I make the comic I have a very clear goal, so it's much easier to draw what I need for the scene. When I have an open canvas I don't usually have a goal in mind, so it doesn't work as well. Noodling around results in things my hands do from memory more than actual inspired ideas. Since my sketch style isn't pretty I'm embarrassed to post them almost every time. Honestly I'm not super comfortable with these, but we're 14 days into the month & I haven't produced any bonus content. I actually used the Nina as a base for a panel in the comic going up in 10 minutes. The rest is just the noodling. The two other images are me imagining what Marcy & Peppermint Patty would look like in their 20s. With all of my stylistic tropes mixed in. I was watching a documentary one night & working on another failure when I randomly decided to do that. Anyway, I need to post the comic & everything is running late tonight so I better quit typing here.
