Announcement: Pausing Subscription Activities

I sincerely appreciate your kindness and encouragement.

I apologize for the sudden announcement, but I have decided to pause my subscription-based activities at the end of April.

Below, I’ll go into more detail about the reasons for this decision and my plans moving forward. If you're interested, please feel free to read on.

■ Main Reason for Pausing Activities

The biggest reason is that it has become increasingly difficult to keep up with both subscription updates and commissioned work received through platforms like Pixiv, Skeb, and direct requests.

In order to secure enough time to properly focus on commissions, I’ve made the decision to pause my subscription activities.

■ Other Reasons

Another contributing factor is the rise of AI-generated illustrations.

While I admit I’m not the fastest when it comes to drawing, in today’s environment where tools can generate high-quality illustrations in a fraction of the time it takes to hand-draw, I’ve realized that continuing in the same style might only leave me falling behind.

I’ve decided to take a step back and rethink my approach in a new direction.

■ About Future Activities

As I briefly mentioned earlier, things will likely slow down for a while in terms of regular updates.

However, my passion for creating art hasn’t changed. While my style or approach may evolve, I fully intend to continue my artistic activities.

As a first step, I’ll be updating my various profile pages that I’ve left untouched for some time.

■ About Subscription Pages like FANBOX

I won’t be completely shutting down the subscription sites.

Previously posted illustrations will remain available for a period of time as paid archives after their initial public release ends.

I’m also considering using these platforms more like blogs (though I have to admit I’m not great at frequent updates, so the posting pace may be slow...💦).

I truly apologize for not being able to live up to your generous expectations.

That said, I will continue creating, so if you're still willing, I would be very grateful for your continued support through commissions on Pixiv, Skeb, and elsewhere.
