Lots of people may not be comfortable with facebook as its has all our personal information etc....Reddit is probably the best option or another kakao chat for just duck stuff as lots of people have kakao and it is easy to make an account.

Would facebook group suffice? Members can request to join and we can choose admins, too.

What about amino? It's available to all I believe. You can post, create blog posts, polls etc.

If you want to do a chatroom Kakao is good as we can all have it in English I think. Or whatsapp or other apps like that

Agree with what everyone said before. I think Tumblr could be an easy option. Also there is Wordpress? If that helps and can be used (not too sure if it's suitable for what you want to do)

Damn I love(hate) qoo10... anyway I’m good with Tumblr as I’m pretty active there but forum kind of stuff on Tumblr? I don’t think they have one. Reblogging your post might spread out the news about you guys but that’s as if we have huge amount of followers. I bet it would be cool and fun to see people reblog your post with gifs and funny words

tumblr is a bit of a mix of twitter and facebook, I'd say. Notifs and that kinda stuff exists, but it's not as "forum-like". We were talking about it in the chat, and most people are a bit confused as to what the purpose of this is? Is it for you guys to join in as well or?

I think maybe you can make a forum like that on soompi but i'm not really sure

Does tumblr have those sort of functions? like discussion rooms, gif uploads and notifications, management selection etc. Never used it..

As long as it can be used internationally, its a good idea. Yea I concur as well with Celine, as long as it doesn't only come in Korean cuz that'll leave out the majority who can't read Korean

Tumblr would be the easiest option I guess... And about other options, I got no clue! But u know what, I think there are ducks who are non-patrons who would know more about this and might be able to offer advice about any other platforms... U should probably just tweet about this to get some mass opinion... Or maybe we could ask in kkt ? Tweeting would be probs better coz not everyone in kkt...

Pretty sure foreigners can use Daum's fancafe, but not sure about Naver. Tumblr is a very easy option, a lot of blogs are run by several people, so it would probably be easier for foreigners than having to register with a Korean site, if they can't read Korean.
