Had it stuck Westerns, Top 10 bets 3 again, Patriots know they will bet 3, they know they will likely not have the answer, they might bet zero.

All I have to say is that Kristian and the whole Schmoedown crew are incredible, they work so hard to make this trivia game show for us and they are so great about interacting and including the fans, they should not worry about the craziness on here and be proud of the awesomeness that they have built. It's hard to ignore the craziness though, I know, because they care about the Schmoedown and the fans so much. I would ask what I always ask, please by kind, supportive and grateful. Enjoy the game, the stories and respect the decisions that are made because they know what they are doing. Not everything can go perfectly all of the time, especially since everyone has different opinions. We're all just human. LOVE to the Schmoedown crew <3

You can not get into what is implied, but what is explicit as it pertains to laws or rules. And in cases where it is unclear, you rely on precedence, in which there is precedence for a situation like this. And it doesn't favor The Patriots. Never before has a challenge resulted in a re-spin. Only another question from the SAME category. There are multiple examples of this. NEVER has a challenge resulted in a re-spin. Especially considering that the SPIN was never a point of contention, only the answer to the question. The spin was conducted by the Champions, of their own doing. Free of any influence or obstruction from Top 10. Once the category was chosen, you move on to the question. And the answer to the question, or at least the way in which it was answered, was the issue. Not the spin. A second spin should have never occurred.

If the Patriots had landed on a strength of theirs the first time around, you know they wouldn't have wanted a respin, just a new question. They used their challenge to manipulate the odds of the game in their favor.

The Patriots argument that another question in Western was not fair to them because it was Top 10 strength is a false argument. They were the ones who spun the wheel and that's the way the fates landed. There was nothing controversial about the spin. I agree that the call should have been to take 3 points from Top 10 and move on to round 4. However, if you were going to pass on that, and ask another question. It should have been another question in Western with the same points bet.
