Access Instructions for $10+ Tier Patrons Have Been POSTED!

Hi Ryan, when did you upgrade? If you did so recently, you should see a link in a subsequent post, from the day of the actual event that contains the link to the VOD. However, per Kristians post form last night, we unfortunately had to pull due to too many people who did not purchase/are to at the $10+ Tier sharing. I apologize for the inconvenience but this was our very first livestream so there were bound to be some kinks to iron out. However, don’t despair - as you’ve got early access on a the monthly exhibition match (Schmoes vs. Patriots) coming your way on Thursday! Plus now we know what issues to anticipate with livestreams going forward and will be more able to prevent them. -Emma :-)

Hey Ryan! If you scroll up, there should be a subsequent post that contains a YouTube link, assuming you selected “get reward” at the time that you became/upgraded to the $10 Tier. However, per Kristian’s post last night, we had pull the link because of people stealing it and posting on reddit. Don’t despair though! Those matches will be on the Schmoedown YouTube page on Friday and as $10 Patron you will get early access to our monthly Exhibition Match (Patriots vs Schmoes) on Thursday January 31st! I appologize for the inconvenience - this was our first ever livestream so there were bound to be some kinks to iron out.

I'm at an $11 pledge and I never saw a link for the livestream or a VOD after it ended

I was unable to watch it live but am a ten dollar Patron. I do not see the post with instructions of how to watch video though. Can you direct me on what to do next?

Got the Sales Ended message too. Looks like Eventbrite may have cutoff the sales about 2 hours before the start of the event.

Worked like a charm here...and yes, access link arrives at 6pm EST Saurday, an hour before the show.

Hi Jose! If you clicked “get reward” when you signed up for the $10 Tier, you should be able to see another post RIGHT before this one that has the instructions in it. If not, let me know and I can send them to you, but you will need to contact Patreon IT Support to get them to switch your account to ensure you are receiving awards at the dollar amount your are paying.

I am really confused. I thought those who were subscribed to the $10 tier get free access to the livestream for one night. If they are not at $10 tier, they can still watch live by paying $2.99 from eventbrite. Or do Patrons not get free access and have to choose the $2.99 option if they want to livestream the event?

Jesse, I got the same thing, but hopefully since Patrons at $10+ are the only ones that would get that email, everyone will be sensible and respect Emma's privacy. She and Kristian are doing this all for us afterall.

Emma... I got what seems to be an email from your personal account with a cell number and other info at the bottom. If you are still sending stuff out, you might want to double check what you are clicking. Luckily I'm not a weirdo, so I'll delete it forthwith. I hope this doesn't cause any problems for you.
