Check Your Current Rewards Tier!
Added 2019-01-30 00:25:01 +0000 UTCHey everybody! February is just around the corner so that means we are coming up on January fulfillments! If you have a moment, now is a good time to make sure that you are receiving the correct reward for the amount of money you are paying. This is especially important if you upgraded, because it's very possible that when you did so, you might not have selected to "get reward" - which results in you paying more money, but still being listed as receiving the reward for the tier you were previously in.
To check if you're within the correct tier, go to the page of the creator you're supporting, and on the right side of the page you'll see "Your Current Reward" underneath the tier description if you're in a benefit tier. It will look like the image below:
If you're not within the right tier to view this content, you'll need to join a tier by going to Your Memberships and clicking on Edit to join the new tier.
Then, click on "Edit" again.
Here, you can select the benefit tier that will provide access to your content.

So starting the first week of February all the βEarly Accessβ deliveries on Team/IG/Star Wars matches will go into effect. Plus youβll also get a competitor match commentary (though thagtβs actually coming you way this week!). We are 100% planning on doing a nice clean update on all the new tiers - you should be seeing that fairly soon! -Emma :-)

2019-01-30 01:04:21 +0000 UTCWhen will the revised tiers be listed? When Kristian made the announcement at the end of the season he listed different benefits for the existing tiers. I notice that they are still the same as before mainly because it says videos are posted to Collider and from what he said it's moving to their schmoes channel. I've already upgraded from $2 to $5 based on his announcement but it would be nice to see everything laid out. Thanks in advance Emma!
