Struggle Getting Up

Having a big belly and weighing over 500 I can feel the weight holding me down, what's hard is getting up, I need one of those hospital beds that not only folds up so I can get up easily but that also have those handle bars above the bed so I could hoist myself in a sitting position.
That would really help me a lot rather than struggling to just sit up or even just to adjust myself and then huffing/puffin and sweating after which isn't really fun! (But at the same time it is reminding me just how fat and heavy I am becoming)
