How I get up

Usually every morning I wake up on my back, for me this is the hardest position for me to get out of bed for then I have to really roll myself to my side then left my upper body to a sitting position and finally hoisting up the rest of me. This can be tricky especially if I am holding some things in. The pressure I have to maintain in order for me  not to explode and I'll be honest with you ... there were times when I couldn't hold it in and .... yea it happened. LOL.

Now when I wake up either on my side or my belly apparently it's easier for I can better roll myself to the edge, then shift my body so I am laying sideways on the bed and finally lifting myself up like a push up as my legs go down and easily pick me up and the pressure here isn't that great compare to the other one.

I realized I had this issue when I was over 450 it started one morning when I couldn't get out of the the "usual" way which was easily bouncing my way out of bed to the edge and getting up. Good Times.
