Tummy Tuesday Struggle

The struggle I deal on a almost daily basis with my so called "Tummy" is the sheer hunger it gets, day after day I have to find tasty and filling foods in order to satisfy it's hunger, what's worse are the days where it is craving for something specific and I cannot fulfill his request and instead feed him something else which he ends up giving me this unsatisfying unfulfilling feeling when I eat the alternative meal and the crave remains until I get it what it wants!
It almost like I have a spoiled brat and when I don't give it what he wants or don't feed it when HE says so then he begins to hurt me by giving me awful hunger pangs the taste of acidity in my mouth, dizziness and mood swings until I give it something to eat.
It has become hard to tame this monstrous beast.
