Finally cuaght up with Game of throne <3 I wanted to paint the mother of dragon herself for some time :) Tried to go for more of a landscape piece, The paletter for this piece is alot darker then what I usually like to paint. I think I need more practice with this type of pieces XD Referenced > IMG It's not 100% of her likeness however XD

This looks really awesome. I love the darker colors in this piece. The dragons have such amazing detail, gives such a textured feeling to them. Daenerys herself is painted really beautifully. Her hair is my favorite, you really never cease to amazing me with the way you paint hair and the detail that goes into it. Her clothing is also amazing, I like the way it flows. And the expression on her face is very pretty. This may not be 100% her likeness but it is still really well done. Great job on this piece Sakimi Chan!

Beautiful, Dany is one of my favorite characters and this represents her well. Despite having to learn and grow up in a short period of time she still retains a lot of naivety of her youth (she's like 14 or 15 in the book). I know you got the reference from the show but if you decide to do another piece I would love to see how you would paint the famous Targaryen trait, the Purple Eyes of the Dragon. Mayhaps, a series on GoT?
