Shady 3V rechargeable lithium cell kit from Japan
Added 2024-03-10 08:25:40 +0000 UTCAside from my own tests showing that the cells and charger were not really compatible, I subsequently got a vague message from eBay telling me to stop using the product due to safety concerns(!)
I've since found data that suggests a super-slow trickle charge at 2mA (for two days!) with a voltage cap of 3.1V!
The tweezers in the thumbnail were included for removing the cells from the charger! I posed the thumbnail with a dead CR2032 for shameless clickbait drama.
