End of the month poll + Next month program and more!

Let's dive into next month's schedule, which will be partly determined by the results of the end-of-month poll! :3

As always, there will be at least 2 monster animations, which might be influenced by the poll results. Other than that, there will be 2 Overwatch animations to continue with the Overwatch Summer Project! I’ve got several unreleased posters that I’ll be posting throughout the month to keep you entertained :3.
One of the Overwatch animations is already planned, but feedback on who you want to see will help me choose the hero for the second one.

Progress:

Guess what? EEVEE Next is finally here, and I’m having so much fun with it
It’s arrived, though it still has some bugs, which is to be expected. I’ll just wait for patches :3.

Hermione’s animation will be fully made in Eevee Next, and you can expect it to be released later today! 

I’ve been spending a lot of time exploring all the changes in Eevee, and so far, what I enjoy the most, aside from the obvious Ray Tracing, is the new bloom effect, which has been moved from the scene settings to the Compositor. I love the reworked control of the bloom node—it really looks great!

The new volumetric system was a bit overwhelming at first since I was very used to how I did it before. In all honesty, I didn’t notice a huge difference, but I haven’t used any fancy volumetric light, just some volume in the background for perspective. I’d love to test it more next month

Other than that, they’ve improved shadows and settings a lot, though there are some new bugs to fix there aaaand I liked very much the changes to the point light :D

What’s your opinion on sequels of previous animations?

I’m always trying to come up with fresh pairings and ideas, but sometimes I wonder if making sequels of previous animations would be appreciated too, especially if the animation was a success.

No matter what wins, variety will always be my number one priority! :3
