Progresses:
After one year of testing and developing my skillsI finally found the ultimate way to make preggo variants and bulges. I never made such a perfect belly with 0 weird behaviours. For those interests I'll talk about my studies now. Other than that learned a few sculpting tricks you can see in the animation

Preggo variants diary:
My very first approach, the first time I made it was simply by sculpting a big belly and using shapekeys. Nevertheless this method works veery badly when the character bends its back during the animation stretching it and making it look weird.

After that I tried making a belly shaped mesh and have the character's belly wrap it so it won't deform during the animation. The META belly would have hook constrainst linked to the character spines so it would still interact a bit with the animation. This method tho causes lots of clipping and unnatural behavior in addition to long time rendering. 

After that I reverted to the shapekey method, but this time editing the model's weightpaint so during the animation the belly part won't move much. This is obviously a bad method despite giving very good results.

Now for the final method which you can see in this animation (Preggo is a free variant for this one) I found the best method which so far has given a perfect result with 0 deformations or other weird behaviours. In addition to that it's also very easy to control: size and animation.
I added a new bone to the armature which controls the belly with very smooth edges in the weightpaint. By moving this it creates a big round belly and after that with a shapekey you smooth the and correct the minor details and you get a perfect belly for animations! ^^
It still needs more testing but so far I'm very positive.
