I can't believe it's July already too. Why does summer have to go by so darn fast? π₯² Going to try my best to really enjoy these next two months! To those of you in the States getting a short week in a few days, enjoy it!

A topic in my Discord server that is going on today that I will pass on to you: What is your favourite preparation of potato? I will eat all potatoes (except for potato salad, which I can't enjoy for some reason), BUT I do enjoy small crispy AF potatoes. π

Poke holes in it, put it directly on the rack with a drip catcher for 30-35 minutes, take it out, butter it and salt it on all sides then put it in again for 25-30 minutes (maybe more or less depending on the size). Skin comes out crispy and the inside soft. Itβs lovely.
