Step 1 Everyone on Tier 3 may suggest character they want me to draw;
Step 2 I making a poll where everyone from Tier 1 to tier 3
may vote for character they like;
Step 3 Me drawing the winner!
Not a rocket science and not something very original, but I think it's worth trying!
