I think this is the final map of the above water part. You can use any black background maps as the underwater parts, so this can be a Prison Facility, Animal Testing Lab, Cryostasis Facility, Substance Testing Lab or even a Spaceport Private Hangar. It can also have a Warehouse, Crew Quarters, Control Room, Armory and Storage, Detention Cell Block, Server Farm, Engine (Generator) Room and a Medical Facility inside. And don't forget about all the Corridors!
