Id say cancel culture is real though as religious fundamentalists try to cancel anything outside their world view and conservatives general mo is to cancel liberals

It's overzealous industry types who want to appear "woke" to liberals before they have a chance to get shit on and it never works in their favor. Currently everyone is saying "cancel culture canceled Dr. Seuss," but that's not true either. It's just 6 books his own estate decided to stop publishing, meanwhile liberals are still reading the other 50 or 60 Dr. Seuss to their kids. On top of all that, "cancel culture" doesn't exist. We used to just call this accountability. Sometimes people think things are bad and they're wrong, but sometimes they're right, and that has always existed. Now we just have propaganda media terms and clickbait titles for it, and social media has fanned that fire taller than ever before, but it's really not any different than any other generation.
