Please say Hej Hej to Sierra Ebba Trautman!
Added 2019-08-06 14:42:51 +0000 UTCWe are absolutely over the moon with happiness to welcome our healthy, beautiful daughter into the world :) Sierra was born in Visby, Godland, Sweden on Sunday at 10:45AM without any complications and weighed 7 lbs 3 oz (3.2KG).
Karin did absolutely amazing during labor and both mama and daughter are doing incredible. The Swedish way of giving birth stresses natural birth methods using breathing and relaxation techniques, and I was able to be present from start to finish as the labor coach, and even got to cut the umbilical cord which was a surreal experience. There were a few times I had to hold myself together, overwhelmed by emotions but we worked together as a team and couldn't be happier!
We just arrived back home a few minutes ago and wanted to share the news with you all.
