On the eve of June, oh-so-belatedly, I am thrilled to finally share June’s Postcard of the Month, featuring the effervescent Stephanna Bennett of @stephannalyn on Instagram! Stephanna provided gorgeous reference for this work, and a whole host of photos that I’m excited to return to in the future for the creation of more artwork.
This month, I’ll be trying something new! Postcard Mixtapes has invited me to try out their web tool that allows me to create an experience that you can access by directly scanning your postcard, kind of like a QR code! I have a lot of ideas about the kinds of digital goodies I can include in your postcard deliveries this way, so I’m excited to try it out! I’ll talk a little more about it when June’s deliveries are going out. Thanks for the folks at Postcard Mixtapes for reaching out to me — and I absolutely recommend checking them out as well!
Just so you know, in light of my move to a new city this month, June postcards will probably go out towards the very end of the month much like May’s did, and it is very likely that July will be similar; I’m hoping by the end of the summer my schedule will have righted itself again. 💛
