October rewards, some info and a little delay!

I'll take this post as an opportunity to remind you how the rewards work! <3
The Rewards are sent with a private message "at the beginning of the next month": if you joined in october you'll get the rewards in the first week of november because I draw during the whole month!
If you notice you didn't receive your reward until the end of the first week just send me a message and I'll fix the problem! sometimes your name disappear from the patrons list and..I simply don't send you the file! :'D
it happens every single month don't worry, it's just a little frustrating XD
ANOTHER THING!
If you think you've been "double charged" don't despair..the problem is: you simply didn't turn off your monthly subscription! if you need help send me a message! patreon has the refund option!
BTW this time I'll send the rewards NOVEMBER 6 because I'll be at Lucca Comics and Games from october 31 to november 6! I'm sorry to let you wait! :'D
