Hello Neighbor 2 ultrawide and wider solution + one other thing

As I got closer to improving the payouts situation and the matter of PayPal in general, that freed up some more time to dedicate to a game fix. That brings us to the fix for Hello Neighbor 2, an anticipated game just released on multiple platforms, already with a thread taking issue with its ultrawide support.

The game is pretty much what we've come to expect from Unreal Engine 4, involving pillarboxed cutscenes and vert- field of view scaling. Once again, I can't say the prior go-to patterns could be blindly applied, but after a bit of tweaking to my general approach, I was able to address both problems. I also did a bit of cleaning of the code for DLL injection - not that the end user sees it!

That being out of the way, I know how much everyone wanted a fix for Evil West, though I didn't even own the game to help out. I'm also not sure if I should have tried to crowdfund it or it would have been excessive - you know how I generally feel about that from my prior post! Regardless, having the time to spare, I investigated it and essentially addressed the current issues via a friend just recently, but I'm not sure whether a fix is warranted at this stage. The intro cutscene and a number of other cutscenes are pre-rendered, so there's not much I can do about the windowboxing. The FOV seems to be addressed by the official addition of the slider, whereas 48:9 users appear to have found a workaround to extend the limit past 120. That leaves us with the problem of the rendered cutscenes, which I can address, but I still don't have the game to maintain the fix. Moreover, as it often goes with most games, people play through them in the first week and forget, so the demand for a solution is probably nowhere near as before. Let's say I'm at a crossroads again!
