DevDiary 15 - Update 0.2.0 After Action Report

Dearest Supporters, most treasured friends

In this edition of the DevDiary I wanted to give you, the backers, some information concerning the last update from my side.

The planned update contents (similarly to the other details after my vacation) were kept quite vague in the Roadmap, since it was pretty hard for me to predict every circumstance in the future. With this one, I can safely say, the planned goals were met.

I have given you new, Beastmen-centered content, along with a boss, some enemies with animations and artsets that were added since the last major patch (0.1.5) over the minor patches. The lion's share of promised changes was, however, brought to life with the last game build.

Overall, the only thing I am not 100% satisfied with is the time. When I initially released the Roadmap in July I have overestimated my ability to produce content, so I am a little bit behind schedule. It is, a lesson for me to plan better for the future and to better assess my capability to release the builds in ample time.

After the Holidays are over I will update the Roadmap, so that you will know what to expect from me in the next year.

I am not saying "Happy Holidays" yet, as I will make a dedicated post for that occasion ^^
