My Dearest Ones!
Been a while since I put out a DevDiary, hadn't I? ^^
Today I wanted to tell you, at least a little bit, what you can expect in the next update. To be honest, when I look at the workload, it will be similar to the 0.3.0 major update so, for all the curious ones, the amount of content will be considerable and comparable with my biggest releases yet.
0.2.9 will bring a new level, The Sewers of Döbeldorf, which will be a nice little intro to the human city itself. Please see a little sketch below of how the level will look like ^^
Along with the level, we will have 2 new enemies, big and small slimes, which will, of course, bring 2 new animation sets. Along with that, I will be remaking the way Wegild "works" with water. Since this level will be themed around sewers (so yeah, water... sorta) I found it appropriate to bring about such a change now ^^.
When there's a new level, there are new quests... so you can expect a little bit of lore expansion and new things to do.
Last, but not least, 0.2.9 update will contain a gallery for your enjoyment, unlockable naturally by making certain... encounters.
