My 2 family members who weren't circumcised had problems and needed to get it done as adults. My uncle's foreskin was shrinking up to the point where he couldn't pee anymore. It was grueling because he didn't have health insurance. I think a doctor ended up doing it under the table for him. Maybe it's just a genetic thing in our family but if I ever have a son, I'll have to argue with my wife to make sure he's circumcised.
