When it comes to projects that the military is working on, unfortunately we don’t get to know much. "TOP SECRET" and all of that. Fortunately, they’re eventually forced to come clean and tell us how much of our hard earned tax dollars they've WASTED. Today we take a look at military boondoggles SO RIDICULOUS they beggar belief.

The U.S. navy was also supposed to include cruisers alongside the Zumwalt that were similarly designed. Costing 3.2 billion a piece, up to 19 were planned, the project was called the CG(X) program, the project was cancelled in 2017 after the Zumwalt program failed.

I literally got caught red handed one time, had everything sprawled out on the bed and my superior walks in when my buddy opens the door for the pizza guy. I thought I was so screwed but he was about to get a promotion so he let me go and told me to cut it out.

Oh man I came so close to getting caught so many times it felt like that Catch me if you can movie. MPs literally searched my barracks room but they were supposed to get off early that day and they did a shit Job searching. All my shit eventually caught up with me I ended up turning myself in before they could bring down the heat and they looked the other way put me on suicide watch had to report to a desk every 2 hours after work hours until 10 at night and even that couldn't stop me 2 hour window get a taxi to Manitou Springs and ask the homeless to lead me to the weed. That shit was an experience.

2021-11-24 11:39:03 +0000 UTCDefinitely loose gravel at night, everyone on the night navigation course even the guys in the other platoons decided to say fuck it so we just chilled in the woods for a few hours instead of completing the course. We figured as long as we all failed together no one would have to succeed. When we started walking back to the start point on this gravel road laughing and bull shitting we didn't notice the Drill Sergeants laying on both sides of the road in the gravel, they jumped up and started yelling "you better start fucking running"!!!!!

2021-11-23 20:05:59 +0000 UTCThe ACU was without a doubt one of the most ridiculous fucking things I've ever seen. I hated wearing it, everyone I knew hated wearing it. It blended in with nothing, except for maybe loose gravel at night - sometimes.
