2022-01-28 04:29:01 +0000 UTCI vote Rick and Morty. Star Trek is good, but it is literally just as good listening to it in the other room while doing homework as it is watching it. I say this because back when I was in high school my dad would usually watch star trek in basically the same room turned up full blast because he is a deaf motherfucker (literally lol). I couldn't see the TV because there was half a finished wall and the other half was just this 4ish feet tall divider, but I could here the whole show just fine. He was watching Deep Space Nine during most of my high school years. Despite only being able to here the episodes, I found them interesting, compelling, and genuinely enjoyed them just as much, if not more than the few times I actually watched the show and didn't just listen. I would almost argue that Star Trek is better to be only listened to because it allows you to use or imagination to create the scenes being described in the episode. These imagined scenes can be way better than the actual scenes that the dialogue is for which kind of made the show worse in my opinion. I honestly think I would enjoy Star Trek as a radio show rather than a TV show. What do you guys think?
