Only for posing I either use a combination of refs or pose it in design doll. But even then I’m not overly reliant on it because the body doesn’t bend or deform with how the limitation that program does. I refer back to other drawing of my OCs to keep their faces consistent. But other than that, my speed is mainly down to many years of work. Drawing two comic pages a week really helped my speed. Hell if it were possible with funds, willpower and preplanning I would be able to do 2 pages a day. But for this piece it looks more complicated than it seems to look. I don’t have templates tho.
