He's incredibly handsome and with what we can see at this point, has the Silverjow patented musculature we expect to see in your men. The title suggests, there might be other Men at Work as well in future works, and so be it, but I think you have a keeper here. One more thing, the Decade of the thick Beard has finally come and gone, although shadow beards are still in fashion, such as the one on this male, complementing the also in fashion hair treatment.

I think the line weight variety and tones are exceptional, and in the balance of hard and soft is perfect. You're not asking any feedback, and this is a WIP, but the only thing that could use some darker tones are in the shirt shadows.
