Therapy is always good. I speak with my psychiatrist about the things I cannot talk about with anyone else. It’s incredibly difficult to share certain things with those you love - simply because they’re so close that detachment is impossible. Many can speak about these issues with pastors, priests, etc.; but if you (like me) can’t connect with organized religion, a good therapist is a needed release valve. BTW, political commentary is necessary in today’s reality.
