We tried to minimize any cuts/pauses but just in case you need to re-sync, you can follow the subtitles from the video and sync with your copy.
Dual Monitor Setup: Utilize a dual monitor PC setup for simultaneous viewing of both screens.
Split Screen Viewing: Employ the split-screen function on your device to watch the reaction and your show/movie side by side.
Connectivity Options: Consider Chromecast/screen-sharing or HDMI connection to a TV, allowing for a larger display of one screen while using another device for the reaction video.

Got some time to finally watch this movie with y'all!. It's movies like this that make me thankful that my two deployments in the Navy were boring af. If you go back to war themed movies, Greyhound and Hunt for Red October would add a nice naval flavor to the list!

2024-05-26 21:29:12 +0000 UTCYes, Band of Brothers is basically a must after this movie If you ever get the chance and like to see historic spots first hand. Taking a trip along the Normandy coast and beaches, gives the history and what was done just to get past the beaches at certain points. A totally new level of respect for those men and seeing in certain museum's the super basic like equipment they had to do it with. Like the museum at Utah beach, just meters away from the actual landing site is a great one to finish going to the last of the beaches. They even have an original landing boat as seen in the opening scene (the ones that get shot at when they open) Standing in one i was like, "this is just a floating deathtrap with no where to go" Also the airborne museum near Utah beach ,at St Mere Eglise is a good one since you would be in the area. A good finish to that would be to go to Mont Saint Michel. Of course there are several other places if able to go with that, like Bastogne which has an awesome museum just outside the city.

Yet to see your reaction, but if you enjoyed it, I strongly recommend (and I won't be the lastโthis is basically a given response when reacting to Saving Private Ryan) that you watch the miniseries โBand of Brothersโ. It is based (fairly faithfully, albeit of course condensed for TV, and with an error here or there) on the true story of a selection of paratroopers from training through to the end of the war, over the course of 10 episodes. IMO, one of the best and most historically important pieces of TV out there. BoB is a spiritual successor to Saving Private Ryan, a collaboration of Spielberg and Tom Hanks, as well as being based on Stephen Ambrose's book, Ambrose being the historical consultant on Saving Private Ryan. It also features a slew of actors you might not expect to show up in such a show, including a few in the babyfaced stages of their career, which is always a fun little bonus.
