Split Screen Viewing: Employ the split-screen function on your device to watch the reaction and your show/movie side by side.
Connectivity Options: Consider Chromecast/screen-sharing or HDMI connection to a TV, allowing for a larger display of one screen while using another device for the reaction video.

2024-08-07 01:55:46 +0000 UTCTo be clear, "Critical Role" is a group of very talented voice actors that are friends / husbands / wives of each other, and as a fun weekly thing several years ago they started a DnD game together. After they started playing, they put it on twitch for fun, it blew up and was at certain points the most subbed / lucrative twitch channel. They ran a few campaigns (currently on campaign 3?) of playing weekly and they developed a huge fanbase that crowdfunded for them to make a show themselves. The first 2+ seasons of the show are the story they created together in their DnD group. Its voice acted basically by the same group of friends plus their other friends/connections and is very much a passion project.

They had a blast, continued playing, started streaming their play sessions, started a Kickstarter to animate an episode of Vox Machina, raised $11 million, and Amazon threw in some more money for an entire season. The show does a great job of introducing the world, so you don't need to know much about D&D going into the show. So, buckle up and enjoy the ride! I'll help y'all out if there is some confusion :)
