This is a reference to how he looks, the few differences he has are, one his complexion is darker and two, he has no tattoos, yet. Also, he wears clothes, he is not walking around like a woman's moisturizer, he has class.

SEMBLANCE: THE TWELVE LABORS

When MC’s Aura is depleted to the level where it can no longer sustain its reactive protection, it will suddenly surge back to full capacity. MC has advanced his Semblance to the point that he now has 11 additional stocks (Labors) of Aura. He can only draw Aura from his current Labor, but as soon as it is depleted, his Semblance will immediately substitute it with the next Labor. If he has at least one spare Labor, it becomes virtually impossible to inflict too much damage rapidly enough to penetrate his protection before his Aura is depleted. His Semblance will immediately sacrifice all Aura remaining in his current Labor and begin spending the next to meet the pace of the damage. It would take a truly horrendous attack to break through multiple Labors, and a verifiable cataclysm to deplete all of them at once. Depleted Labors recover overtime at his normal rate, but only after his current Labor has finished replenishing.
