2019-10-24 21:10:14 +0000 UTCI always thought the character had a lot of potential but usually comes off strangely boring for an immortal megalomaniac. I really liked the future version in the Justice League episode "Hereafter" where he'd pretty much gone nuts from isolation being alone for hundreds of years in a post-apocalyptic future. This particular version just comes off to me like a vaguely mystical Jafar / Imhotep sort of dude but not as interesting as either of those.
