Born to Emperor Sturm Nibel Tyrra and his consort, Valfrey Astrea.
Empress Maeve Nibel Astrea ascended the throne after the death of her Father, the previous Emperor Sturm and her older twin brothers, Prince Vayne and Prince Ramont.
Her decision to take no spouse has caused much tension between the young Empress and her advisors. Despite this, her progressive reforms and efforts to improve life within the Empire instead of furthering her father's Imperialism has made her very popular with small folk and nobles alike.
Upon the death of her sister-in-law, Duchess Ledea Vagnyr, she has gain full guardianship of her Prince Vayne's children.
