I had a "Vicar, Economist, and Scientist walk into a bar" joke in there somewhere, but lost it. Anyway, New Cult Mantra! Crash!.....Crash!.....Crash!.......Rolex at retail!!......Crash! But really, as much as I would love to have a Rolex Sub on my wrist, I will be happy with my Tudors and hopefully soon to be Oris. On a side note, I tried on a Santos today for the first time. Love it and have added it to my wish list.

2022-08-07 02:04:13 +0000 UTCOh I agree in principle with pretty much all of that 👍🏼. Three thoughts not necessarily linked . As the recession bites and stock markets fall . Many investors get nervous and move asset into tangible rather than intangible ( cash and gold are always heading in opposite directions ). As prices of desired watches fall to a level where more individuals can afford them, guess what demand rises again and we know what happens then .. finally R are putting prices up next year by on average 8% I think .. secondary market will surely see some of that passed on in used prices too .. mmmm 🤔 who knows !!! Ha
